What is the check-in procedure?
To maintain a safe environment, all guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID upon arrival. Admission fees are paid during check-in, at which point you will receive an electronic wristband used to unlock your assigned locker.
Which personal belongings are required for my visit?
All visitors are required to provide a physical, government-issued identification card during the check-in process. Furthermore, guests must have appropriate swimwear for use in our pools and aquatic areas; please be advised that revealing attire, including thongs, is strictly prohibited within the facility.
Is there a minimum age to enter the spa?
Yes, all visitors must be at least 18 years old to access any of our spa facilities.
Am I permitted to wear my own shoes or slippers inside?
No, outside footwear is prohibited as we maintain a barefoot facility. If you prefer not to go barefoot, approved Connexion Spa slippers are available for purchase at the front reception desks.
Can I use my mobile phone or camera?
To respect and protect the privacy of all visitors, mobile phones, cameras, and recording devices are strictly banned in all locker rooms and bathing areas. Guests are permitted to use their phones in general common spaces and lounges, provided they do not disturb others or infringe on anyone's privacy.
What etiquette policies are guests expected to follow?
Guests must wear visible Connexion Spa uniforms at all times in public common areas outside locker rooms and bathing spaces. To honor our communal spa environment, guests are also asked to return all towels and uniforms to designated laundry bins before leaving.
What is your policy on alcohol and smoking?
Our facility is completely smoke-free, drug-free, and alcohol-free. Both vaping and smoking are strictly forbidden in all indoor spaces as well as the outdoor rooftop area. The consumption of alcohol, tobacco, or illicit substances will lead to instant removal from the premises, and no admission costs will be reimbursed. Similarly, guests found to have consumed alcohol before arrival will be expelled without a refund.
Are there specific hours for the outdoor pools and patio?
The rooftop facilities remain accessible to guests daily from 9:00 AM until 10:00 PM. Please be aware that in the event of severe weather conditions, such as lighting or thunder, all outdoor spaces will be temporarily closed to ensure visitor safety.
Can we bring outside food or drinks?
No outside food or beverages are allowed anywhere inside the spa facility.
Are alcoholic beverages available for purchase?
No, we operate strictly as an alcohol-free facility.
